Multimedia exhibition in real time connection on the Internet at 07.00 pm (Italian time) on January 25th 2006 and replayed every 4 hours

The event will be transmitted from a deconsecrated church in Florence historical centre, where the ancient frescoes will be fused to the hypertechnology of experimental multimediality

The exhibition will be composed of :

*a 4 minute movie on the central theme of transformation, enterlaced to a ballet live performance during which the air will be filled with the original fragrances elaborated by Santa Maria Novella's ancient apothecary

*two interactive installations:

"Sensitive painting 2, eros thanatos symposium in NY" : the installation is composed by a real picture -collage on canvas 220cmx145cm - and 30 virtual pictures projected among images and movie clips evocated by the visitors touching the anthropomorphic sculpture - the body of the Lybian Sybil to which the real painting refers to- that lays in front of the real painting.

"Sensitive Portrait" inspired to the healing from cancer experience of the exhibition's curator, Maria Grazia Torri, is composed by a real painting -oil on canvas 150cmx160cm - joined to the projection of thirty pictures among images and clips evoked by visitors touching the protagonist's sculpted profile.

*7 large collage canvases narrating Cinderella's tale as an initiatic journey from the darkness of melancholy to the enlghtnement of knowledge
*4 white sculptures on lead evoking great individuals of the past whose wise lesson has been forgotten and is here recalled: Diotima di mantinea, Pericle di Atene, Victor Jara, Camille Claudel;
"Moonlight breathe" lead and Korean paper sculpture uniting through light effects a magic/religious image of the western tradition to the lotus, symbol of the East
*"Amazon Sybil" and Andalucian Sybil" two mysterious characters presiding the transformation that is central to the exhibition as a whole.

Isabella Tirelli Dan has been working since 1990 combining different technologies to the traditional techniques of the highest school of Renaissance painting:*in collages on canvas, obviously a contemporary tecnique, she follows the tradition of "velatura", as in Renaissance oil painting, superimposing layers over layers of colured extra light transparent paper.* in the statues, modelled by the overlaying of special papers pasted with glue*in interactive installations where clips and images are superimposed to a real painting*in oil painting where she goes back directly to the tradition
